Danish Orchestra Eats World's Hottest Chili Before Playing Concert

Classical conductor, avid chili lover and all round food connoisseur , 'Chili Klaus' decided to inject a bit of fire and passion into his fellow musicians recently.

He asked members of the world-famous Danish National Chamber Orchestra to each devour one of the worlds hottest peppers before playing.

They could choose from a Carolina Reaper, the scarily named named Trinidad Scorpion Moruga Blend or a Ghost Chili - each equally as potent as the next.

Within seconds of eating the chili, they had to perform 'Tango Jalousie' by Danish composer Jacob Gade, a complex piece made even harder by the fact their entire head felt like it was on fire!

To their credit, as professional musicians they do soldier through, but not without some hilariously pained expression and a few tears along the way.
